Getting started.

Have you received a WatchPAT Home Sleep Test? If so, follow this list for directions and guidance.

 

Step 1: Watch the tutorial.

Step 2: Ask questions.

You can call 1-888-748-2627 for 24/7 support from WatchPAT specialists. Use this phone number if you run into any issues while using your test.

You can also text your Sehatu Care Team at 916-742-7718 and we will respond during business hours.

 

Step 3: Sign form.

 
 

When you’ve finished reading and watching the instructions, please sign this short form.

 

Step 4: Sleep.

 
 

Sleep with the device for the assigned number of nights (either 1 or 2 nights).

This is when we get the data we need to make a diagnosis.

 

Step 5: Send it back.

 

Stop by our office to drop off or use the return label provided to mail the test back to us for data analysis. Your work is now done!

 

Step 6: Get your results.

 

A member of our team will schedule a call with you to provide test results and discuss next steps.
